World champion dancer Anthony Sharkey reunited with former Riverdance female lead, Eileen Martin for a special once-off version of Riverdance in Glór on Saturday, April 10 in aid of Clare Crusaders
The Clare Crusaders help Children with Special Needs in the areas of CerebralPalsy, Autism, DownSyndrome and a variety of other conditions.

Riverdance performed in Ljubljana, Slovenia for the first time on 30th September 2009 with a sell out run.

The Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital Research Foundation is delighted that a group of Riverdancers honoured and celebrated the memory of Dr Eithne Walls by running the 2010 Dublin City Mini Marathon on Monday June 7th 2009. All funds raised by the group were donated to Eithne’s research fund.

I know I speak on behalf of the entire Riverdance family when I say we are all deeply shocked and saddened at the tragic loss of our friend and colleague, Eithne Walls.

In celebration of the diversity of the cultures of the world, Riverdance performed at the Education Without Borders 2009 Gala Dinner and Desert Night at the Atlantis Palm, Dubai on the 30th March 2009

The Riverdance troupe, led by Padraic Moyles and Melissa Convery donned their seafaring legs to mark Riverdance’s return to Dublin this June on the tall ship the Jeanie Johnston down at Dublin’s Docklands.
