Abhann Productions and its agents (collectively “Abhann”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how any personal information you provide to us on our site is processed and used by us. This Privacy Policy is designed to protect you, our users, by informing you what personal information is collected, what we do with that information, with whom we share it, the methods we use to collect it and how we endeavour to always protect it in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. Your continued use of the Riverdance website is subject to your agreement with this Policy.

Information we collect
The function of the Riverdance website is to provide you with information about Riverdance generally and in particular in relation to performances of Riverdance and merchandising relating to Riverdance. In carrying out this function the collection of personal information from visitors to the website is limited and always voluntary. As a user of our website, you must opt-in to receive information from us.

Personal Data
This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, address, email address, user IP addresses in circumstances where they have not been deleted, clipped or anonymised, telephone number, birth date and billing and credit card information. Such information is only collected from you if you have confirmed your consent that we may so do.

It is within our legitimate interest to provide you with information on Riverdance products and services including information that we have tailored to your interests relating to Riverdance or similar productions.

Non-personal data
We do not attempt to collect further data without user consent that enables personally identifiable profiling of our users. We collect and collate information on all our site traffic that is only ever represented in aggregate format to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website. On our website, IP addresses may be logged to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. We may analyse this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. We do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you.
