The night Riverdance was introduced to the world

As votes were being counted around Europe, in Dublin in the Point Theatre (now the O2), RIVERDANCE burst onto the stage and took the audience by complete surprise.

Electric Burma Live in Dublin

On June 18, AUNG SAN SUU KYI, Burmese opposition leader, will fly to Dublin where she will attend a concert in her honour. The tribute concert, Electric Burma, will commence at 5 pm on June 18th, at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Riverdance will join actors, musicians and dancers who will travel to Dublin from across the globe to celebrate this inspiring woman.

2012 Flora Womens Mini Marathon – Remembering Dr Eithne Walls once again

It’s that time of year again when the memory of former Riverdancer, Dr Eithne Walls, will be marked by her friends, family and former colleagues running the 2012 Flora Womens Mini Marathon to raise money for Dublin’s Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital’s Research Foundation.
