Since returning to the world of music, Niamh has toured Europe, Asia and North America with Riverdance performing in over 2500 shows. Niamh recently performed with Riverdance during the September run at Royal Theatre Castlebar, Co Mayo
IT is one of the most iconic pieces of theatre to come out of Ireland and has been performed in front of a staggering 22 million people over four continents.
But, although it originated just a few hundred miles down the road, it has never been to Derry – until now that is. Tickets are currently on sale for a five performance run of Riverdance in what is a major coup for the Millennium Forum.

The Cast and Crew of Riverdance were recently invited to perform at the prestigious International Festival of Byblos. This fascinating city is reported to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world; it has been conquered by at least nineteen different civilisations and boasts some of the world’s most fascinating ruins, which are literally part of the city. The architecture of the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, the Crusaders and so many more are woven in to the fabric of the city.
Appearing for the first time in the Middle East, Riverdance preformed for 5 nights from 21st to 25th July 2010 at the Byblos International Festival in Jbeil-Byblos, Lebanon For 5 consecutive nights, 40 dancers and live musicians delivered the ultimate family entertainment show.
