Rocío Montoya, originally from Granada, Spain began her artistic journey in the Compañía de Mario Maya, directed by the celebrated master, participating in highly relevant productions. She subsequently continued her career at the Centro Andaluz de Danza, under the direction of Pepa Gamboa and Cristina Hoyos, and later joined the companies of Rafaela Carrasco, Paco Mora, and the Swiss company Flamencos en Route, directed by Brigitta Luisa Merki. Her international career was consolidated in the Riverdance and Heartbeat of Home companies, where she excelled as a soloist dancer and choreographer, participating in world-class tours and productions. She also develops constant work as a teacher and has been part of Manuel Liñán’s company since 2025.
