A proud Canadian, Katie began Irish dancing at the age of three with the Knock O’Hogan School of Irish dance. Growing up on a grain farm in Western Canada, Katie balanced her passion for dance with a love for high level sports and rural life. A competitive dancer until the age of 18, she earned numerous accolades throughout her career, including eight Western Canadian Championship titles. In 2022, she was selected for Riverdance after auditioning at the Riverdance Summer School in Dublin and has been touring ever since. In addition to performing, Katie is currently pursuing studies in International Business and Finance. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to travel the world doing what she loves and thanks her family, friends, and supporters for their constant encouragement.
