At 12 noon on Sunday 21st July join over 2000 people from near and far as they gather along the banks of Dublin’s River Liffey with the stars of Riverdance in this exciting event between Sean O’Casey Bridge and Beckett Bridge. Be there to witness Riverdance — The Gathering, breaking the current world record for Riverdance The Longest Line held by Nashville, Tennessee, USA, bringing it home to Dublin. Feet will be tapping, the music will be pumping, and crowds will be cheering, all to the sound of Riverdance. You can still register to be part of this unforgettable gathering but for those who don’t feel up to the dancing challenge, there’s still an opportunity to be part of it.
Adding to the excitement of the world record attempt, Riverdance – The Gathering in partnership with the Dublin Port Company will host a spectacular water display from 11am – 3pm. Thundercat Displays, River Monsters, Dragon Boats as well as Shanty Singers will bring the river to life throughout the day. So even if you’re not participating in the world record attempt, be sure to come to the banks of the Liffey to be part of the full programme of events and witness this once in a lifetime record breaking event.
