It is essential for us to stay warm between dances during a show. It is also extremely important that we maintain a strong core.
Irish dancing involves us keeping a straight spine with perfect posture, If our core is weak this wouldn’t be possible… Plus who doesn’t want to look and feel their best and have a flat stomach.
Because of these reasons I have created ‘Ab Club’ which meets most days between dances!
These exercises can be done anywhere with no equipment needed!
