Looking after your Hips (3/3)..The Build a Bum with Bob Workout!

In this final video of my 3 part ‘Look after your hips’ mini series, myself and Bobby Hodges are doing a circuit of 4 of my favourite glute strengthening exercises. I would often do these exercises backstage or at home and you only need a chair!

This workout helps to build primarily strong glutes but also works on strengthening the hamstrings and quads.

We’re well on our way to building Bobby stronger hips and an aesthetically better bum!
